Terms and conditions of participation in the competition

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Candy Peak GmbH, Eutinger Str. 23, 75223 Niefern-Öschelbronn

2. Eligibility

Natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 16 years old are eligible to participate. For persons under 18 years of age, participation requires the consent of their legal guardian(s). Employees of Candy Peak GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the prize draw

Participation is automatic upon completion of an order placed between April 11, 2025 and April 28, 2025 via our online shop candypeak.de or TikTok shop (@candypeakgmbh). Each order placed within this period will be entered into the prize draw once – regardless of the order value. Multiple orders increase your chances of winning.

4. Winnings, notification and delivery

The following prize will be raffled among all eligible orders:

1x PS5 Fortnite Cobalt Bundle worth €499

The winner will be chosen at random and notified by email no later than May 5, 2025. The prize will be shipped free of charge to the address provided during the ordering process.

5. Data protection

As part of this prize draw, we process personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. This data will not be shared with third parties. For further information, please see our privacy policy .

6. Premature termination / amendment

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time for good cause or to amend the terms and conditions of participation.

7. Regular purchase

Participation in the prize draw is part of a regular purchase. The purchase is primarily for the acquisition of products and is not solely for the purpose of participating in the prize draw. The prize draw provides an additional incentive but does not obligate participation.

8. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
