Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods. If you purchased several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you, or the designated person, received the last item.

Please note that as a young company, we are unfortunately unable to cover the costs of shipping and return shipping in the event of a return. We ask for your understanding that return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Shipping and return costs: In the event of a product return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the original customer. This policy is designed to cover the costs of shipping and processing returns. Please note that, according to our policy, the customer is responsible for these costs. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and recommend that you carefully review our shipping and return policy before making a purchase.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
